I love February because it’s considered the “slow(er) season” for photographers and allows us time to recharge before the busy Spring season is upon us! I am an advocate for “never stop learning” so this year I decided to attend the Seniors Ignite Workshop in beautiful, San Diego, California! It was a few days of shooting followed by breakout sessions chock full of invaluable information to apply to our businesses. In addition to the shooting, learning (and meeting new photog besties! ;)) there was an Image Folio Competition! I was so honored to receive runner up (2nd place) in the Senior Girl Category!! As I always say, there honestly is so much talent in our industry which I think is great because it keeps everyone pushing forward! Here was my winning folio of the beautiful Lacey, from her senior portrait session in Malibu, California!
